The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine regarding Peculiarities of Legal Proceedings on Administrative Cases, and Exclusion of Foreigners and Stateless Persons from a Country

The primary purpose of the bill (Reg. No. 8758) is to streamline exclusion of foreigners and stateless persons from a country by means of shortening the period of legal proceedings on administrative cases on detention and exclusion from a country.

The bill amends clause 256 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, whereby resolutions on exclusion of a foreigner or a stateless person from a country in part of detention shall be implemented immediately.
